This is actually a Fuji apple without most of the pink and red streaks. When I saw that it was almost all yellow, I just had to paint it.

Hi, Faith. I’m really enjoying getting to know your work. What was a first impression, and what I’ve come to recognize in all your work is the presence of a wonderful peacefulness in the way you paint. It has quite a spiritual quality to it that is very inviting. As Robert Henri might say, you are singing your song, and that is most important. Looking forward to seeing more.
Best wishes,
Stephen
