My new favorite subject — lollipops!

When I began this blog, my personal goal was to keep it updated with new paintings strictly on a daily basis for at least one year. Well, I’m guilty of not being able to keep that goal, most especially during the past two and a half weeks.

On a positive note though, I sold some of the small paintings and spent those two and a half weeks packing and mailing them as well as finishing a commission. To those who have bought my paintings or commissioned me, thank you so much for your support!

There are only a few more days left before I officially close my 70 Paintings for $70 Each Anniversary Special. It’s only until the 15th of August. After which, prices will go back to the original $100 or $80. Shipping is free anywhere in the world for all paintings. Click on the image below to see the 70 paintings included in the sale:

(Shows 45 paintings on the first page. Click on “Older Entries” at the end to see the other 25.)

    Hi Faith,
I love your blog. Your paintings are beautiful and full of life. How long do you usually spend on each painting? Do you have any training or did you teach yourself? I have been experimenting with oil paints lately without much success, but your blog has inspired me to keep going! Thank you for sharing.

Hi, Angela. Thank you for your comments. I usually take anywhere from 3 hours to 6 to finish one of these daily paintings. I am completely self-taught except from the tutorials and tips that I read on the internet. Hope you will keep going with your art — I find oil painting very rewarding although it does have its challenges. Thank you for stopping by! — Faith
