Daydreams - Oil Painting Portrait

Daily Painting #346 – Daydreams

Oil painting on hardboard
Approximately 5 x 6.5 inches — 13 x 17 cm
Private Collection

Of all the subjects I have painted during the course of this daily painting journey, my most favorite are still portraits of people. It’s funny though how very seldom I paint them. I am always challenging myself to make the skin color and texture more realistic, more lifelike.
